Free and Community Clinic Collaborative

The Medical Society of Milwaukee County joins the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership in supporting the Free and Community Clinic Collaborative (FC3), a coalition of safety-net clinics which strive to build primary and urgent care capacity for low-income, uninsured and underinsured patients in Milwaukee County. A recent capacity analysis of the more than 20 safety net clinics participating in the FC3 revealed that, with more volunteers, the clinics could provide an additional 20,000 clinic visits annually.
MSMC recognizes the importance of free and community clinics to the health of Milwaukee County, and encourages all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other mid-level providers to volunteer.
Visit the FC3 website to browse current volunteer opportunities, view video clips of volunteers, read patient testimonials, and learn more about liability and volunteer criteria.
