2007 Strategic Initiatives

1. Charge the Public Health Committee with developing a plan to respond to the low immunization rates in Milwaukee County. A task force of the Committee is recommended to include a broad range of community stakeholders.  Read More.


2. Develop a task force comprised of various system and physician constituencies to support the integration of information from Emergency Departments focused on the population that is actively drug seeking narcotics. The task force would also interface with the State of Wisconsin Case Management strategies and determine ways of obtaining and measuring implementation and compliance.  Read More.


3. Partner with MCW on a CME program focused on the clinical management of obesity. The program would be available to all physicians in practice in Southeastern Wisconsin.


4. Partner with appropriate community organizations in presenting information on national efforts for quality measurement to include efficiency measurement.  Read More.
