Make plans to hear Jeremy A. Lazarus, MD, President of the American Medical Association, who will deliver the keynote presentation at MSMC's 166th Annual Meeting.

Doctor Lazarus has been one of the AMA's chief spokespersons for the uninsured, and represented the organization in the Health Coverage Coalition for the Uninsured and the Ride for World Health.

In his keynote address, Doctor Lazarus will discuss national health care policy, and payment and delivery reform issues, how they affect physicians, and the impact of the AMA on payment and delivery reform issues. He will also discuss the AMA's development of a new strategic direction to better advocate for physicians and to help them prepare for a rapidly evolving health care system.
